With decades of international experience as a principal dancer, choreographer, and educator, Mme. Tatiana Stepanova brings depth, artistry, and vision to Stepanova Ballet Academy. A graduate of the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and former Prima Ballerina of the Odessa State Ballet Company, she has performed leading roles across Europe to critical acclaim.

As Artistic Director, she guides the Academy with a strong commitment to classical tradition, musicality, and technical excellence. Her leadership shapes our training philosophy and ensures that each student receives exceptional instruction in a nurturing, disciplined environment.

Mme. Stepanova’s dedication has helped shape the next generation of dancers, many of whom have gone on to professional careers worldwide.
